Watering Schedule and Rates - 2024

We ask that you kindly consider the watering schedule below to ensure adequate water access and pressure for all residents in the community.

• Irrigation sprinklers should only be operated between the hours of 7 pm and 9 am.

• Drip irrigation systems may be operated between the hours of 6 pm and 11 am.

• Even Numbered Single-Family Addresses: Watering permitted three (3) days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

• Odd Numbered Single-Family Addresses: Watering permitted three (3) days per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. 

IRRIGATION WATER SERVICE RATES:

• Base Rate: $20.00 per month, per single-family residential lot during the irrigation season.
• Plus:  $3.43 per 1,000 gallons for usage billed monthly.
• Plus:  If yearly usage exceeds 228,000 gallons a surcharge of an additional $6.00 per 1000 gallons shall apply. Thus $9.43 per 1,000 gallons for usage over 228,000 gallons in addition to any pro-rata share of necessary additional water costs.

The irrigation season is approximately May 1st of each year through October 31st (weather permitting).
